Live Airbrush Events

Event Rescheduling Policy
If the booked event is canceled because of an act of God or another event beyond the client’s reasonable control, the original booking client may request in writing that the deposit be applied to a new date for the same event. 3J’s Airbrushing must approve the request and new date in writing, subject to artist availability. The rescheduled event must take place within six months of the original event date.
The deposit remains with the original booking client and event. It cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or applied to another client’s event, including an event for the client’s customer, affiliate, or another organization. Changes in event scope, location, duration, staffing, or services may require an updated quote and additional payment. Approval of a new date does not guarantee the original price or artist availability.
