Plan Your Booth Experience
Choose trucker hats, caps, T-shirts, or canvas bags as your booth giveaway. We coordinate approved artwork and design options to fit your brand and audience. Ask about adding your logo before live personalization.
Plan for up to 25 customized items per hour, per artist, depending on design complexity. Two artists working for four hours can customize up to 200 items. We help match staffing and quantities to your show schedule.
For each artist, allow space for 1–2 tables, 1–2 chairs, nearby electrical power, and an orderly guest line. Share your booth dimensions, load-in rules, and venue requirements so we can confirm the layout. Insurance documents and a W-9 are available on request.
Tell us your show dates, location, service hours, expected traffic, item quantities, and who will supply the merchandise. We review availability and prepare a proposal covering staffing, items, travel, and setup.
